I had an issue with delivery. The person delivering said I called them out of their name. She lied. I had the whole encounter on... blink video. Jordan, the manager, is the reason I will never order from that location again. When I called to complain, Jordanhung up several times. I have never seen such ignorance out of a restaurant manager. I complained to Dominoes corporate office.I sent them the video. Dominoes corporate doesn't care. They don't care that this restaurant is making their name kill horrible. Read more
These folks are too much first I get verbally attacked by Manager Scolded me as if I were a child in front of her crew and... customers. I grew up on Domino's pizza so I tend to be a little bias, nevertheless As an adult today I still enjoy a good pepperoni and... sausage Pie from here. I'll probably try their new chicken taco and Cheeseburger pizza soon. Read more
TWent here for a simple pizza pepperoni and I got the absolute worst horrible most unprofessional establishment. First off I... walk in and there?s nobody wearing gloves ???? everyone has in headphones I had to yell at one of the employees because theirmusic was way to loud for him to hear me . Can I get a menu!! So after all of that I was deciding if I should even eat at thisplace then the manager rudely screamed at me because I ask one of the cookers in the back to put gloves on . He told me ?..( ifyou want gloves on your food then you get them and I?ll put them on to serve you and the proceeds to say how using gloves canget in the food and if I wanted to eat plastic and tried to reassure me that they wash their hands after making each pizza . Theproblem with that is I stood there for 15 min and watched them make 3 pick up orders so he was just telling me anything andbeing sarcastic . So I then asked for my refund he give me a sheet of paper that says void and said next . Proceeded to tend toother customers and refused to speak with me about my refund . I spent 21$ on a $18.18 medium pizza I never received my refundand he tipped himself.
