So we just ordered $200 worth of food for my sisters birthday and as my sister went to eat her crab she found a DEAD FLY in her... BAG of seafood and the general manager Sean REFUSED to give us our money back!!! If you found a fly in your food, would you notjust want your money back?! Please check your food before you eat!!! Visited the restaurant for the first time this past weekend. The service was amazing. You definitely get what you pay for with... the drinks. It was very very good. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of the food! I ordered the seafood boil withshrimp, sausage & eggs, very flavorful and lots of food! Yes, it is pricey but it's well worth it! I visited with family and had a great time! The service was fantastic, the drinks were refreshing, the music was a perfect... compliment, they know how to create a welcoming atmosphere! I cannot complain about the lack of veggie options, as I was at aseafood restaurant, my only complaint was the ridiculously small side portions, they came in the cutest little "skillets" butwere overpriced and under portioned. The fried shrimp was a good size individually and the meal was a generous portion. The French fries were alright and a tad bit... greasy. The staff was a lot of friendly young servers and cashier. They offered lots of smiles and we're very helpful. They hadpretty fast service. They forgot cocktail sauce and I had to request it. They only gave one small dipping containerunfortunately which is not enough for such a large meal. Definitely clean inside and the bathrooms were well attended. Been twice was invited for a birthday dinner and went with a friend. Kind of expensive. Dont like the sausage in the crab boil... and by the time i add what i want too the bag its almost $200 bucks. The clams are good and the alligator. Ive had better forless. Drinks are right. Read more
If you do the boil bags, bring your check book. Food was good and plentiful but big $$$. Or server was Keri Ann, she was great... and balls to the wall busy. Poor girl was covering the bar area, making the drinks for the restaurant, serving guests at the barand covering 7 tables. Not to mention dealing with the 2 Karens at the table behind us that were complaining that they have beenhere for and hour. Lie, you walked in 5 minutes after us and we were there for 40 minutes. Place was packed, it was Saturdaynight, you should expect to wait. You ordered made to order items not boil in bag which is much quicker.
