Love Baskin Robbin, but will never go to this store again. Special ordered a birthday cake for party tomorrow and the cake was... not what I ordered. I was told it couldn't be changed and I couldn't get a refund until Monday. The party is Sunday (tomorrow)and no cake!! Read more
Very slow......we ordered a decent amount of ice cream (5 people's worth). I am one person and when asked for some kind of... carrier I was told no. I had 2 waffle cones plus 3 cups. It was not easy to carry all of my order. The staff was not polite. Will not be going back. Read more
Was up for a late snack and i wanted ice cream. I got a chocolate waffle bowl with sprinkles. 2 scoops , a oreo and strawberry... cheese cake scoop. It was a good combination. I also had whip cream and cherry on top. I went through the drive thru and thespeaker is so low and their english is not that good so i had to drive up to the window. That was the only problem. I simply love Baskin Robbins!!! Went today to get my daughter's free scoop for her birthday. She got the Bourbon Street Pecan... Pie ice cream. It's so good! It has pieces of pie crust in it! We'll be getting a quart of that for dessert on Thanksgiving! Read more
