Only two servers so very long wait and slow service when we were there and, they seemed to cater to the people ordering the... endless wings instead of people who ordered regular food which seems like it would be the opposite since people who order lowprice menu items usually don't give much for tip. I used to love the food but, we had over cooked steak that was just barelywarmer than room temperature and the rest of the food was room temperature we barely ate after an hour wait for a table and 20minutes wait for a server and another 45 minute wait for our server to bring our food and never come back to our table and onlygo to surrounding tables to refill endless wings Read more
Food was alright, the girl as a hostess seemed like a hard worker. Our waitress greeted us didn't come back for a out 15 min... then I saw her walk out the back exit with her bag on. Somebody came by a few min later and said I'll be helping you. She wasvery nice but not a great server. The food was just ok And the drinks took forever I actually didn't drink one I paid for cuz itcame so late we were ready to go. Read more
I visit this Applebee's, Crystal Plump, the manager, be cooking makes it even a better esperience, every year, during my visit.... Very good customer service and wait staff. Everyone makes you feel like you're home. Read more
Waited a long time to even get server! Was told that i wasn't noticed coming in???????...wasnt busy! My steak was supposed to an... 8oz with shrimp! My son brought me here for Mother's Day. He ordered a steak, medium. It was well-done......very well-done. He was not happy. I... ordered Baby back ribs with mashed potatoes. My ribs were dry, but, the potatoes were excellent! Our server could've beenbetter. And, it took forever to, 1st, receive our appetizer and 2nd, our food. It wasn't packed. So, no excuse. The service was slow. No professional greeting at the door. The bright spot was the young lady working the bar. We saw several... people walked out because No one spoke to them. It was a nice visit after speaking with the young lady working the bar. Foodwas alright. They need people that want to work but customers need to better too.
