This is a Wisconsin Supper Club - if you are city folk who don?t know what these are, then keep in mind they are not like big... city dining establishments. We went here on Saturday - prime rib night. The small dining room was packed from 5:30 - 7pm andfrankly the tables were too close together in spots, so you better play nice with your neighbor. Despite being so busy and withthe signs warning you about reduced staff, they all did a great job and were attentive for the whole time we were there. Theprime rib itself was fantastic. Extremely tender and tasty. Even the ?small? 12 oz portion is enough for two people. Sides ofsalad, soup, and potatoes were all acceptable but nothing special. First time there ..drove an hour for our anniversary dinner and it was fantastic! Prime rib night..done exactly as ordered,... mushrooms were great. Our server, Jessica was delightful and an outstanding server?.even brought us a cupcake for our specialdate! We will be back! Read more

Castle Hill is a wonderful supper club on the outskirts of Merillan, WI. The atmosphere is great and it's complemented by... courteous service and delicious food! We started with cocktails at the bar which were a nice start to the evening. Wethoroughly enjoyed the prime rib which was cooked perfectly to order. Our meal ended with a shared grasshopper.
