We are in the area, so we frequent this Arby's , and its been hit and miss,but normally great. Today was a particular let down.... They had a guy at the window, who had absolutely no clue what he was doing. I asked him three times if he remembered what i hadordered because he seemed totally preoccupied with anything but doing his job. got back out into the country where i work , gaveeveryone their food. Not a single one was correct. No sauces even after asking him three times. Becky , does an incredible jobmanaging this store, but the help is steadily going down hill, as far as attitude and skill are concerned.I've spent a seriousamount of money at this particular location, but it will be awhile before I do again. No ketchup no horseradish sauce and if you can believe it no napkins and probably the worst service I've seen. Hard to believe... even a manager would put up with those 2....curly fries were ripped and soggy. Read more
Order was missing bacon from the Waygu Bacon Ranch sandwiches. Called and was told we could come back to pick up the missing... bacon, name recorded for replacement instead. One week later, tried to get replacement sandwich and was told that it couldn't beused for the Waygu burger. Nice. Get home with current order to find that again, order made wrong. Had the brisket sandwich. It was so very good. Perfect amount of meat with onion straws, cheese, and bbq sauce. I also had the... curly fries which I love. It had been awhile since I had been to Arby's and I will go again. I will also add the service wasvery good and the order was as requested. I m giving only 3 stars as Arby's is 2 star food but this experience was exceptional. Read more
