The pizza is awesome!! But... The app needs work because when it says my order is ready and the girl at the window says, "the... app doesn't line up with the store," I'm not a happy camper! So around the store I went to get in the drive-thru line again.That continued for 10 minutes and at 5 minutes the app went from "ready" to "in preparation". Also, if I pay for my orderonline, I don't like having to sign something before getting my order at the store...what if I sent someone else to pick it up?Inconvenient! Keep the great pizza, but hire someone to fix the app!! FYI...this is not the first time this has happened!! Read more
I have had Marcos pizza 3 times already since they opened. Amazing!!!! The pizza, cheese sticks, subs were exceptional. The... service was above and beyond. Everyone from the manager to the employees were so friendly. This is a brand new store so thereare longer than average wait times. Everyone should be patient. Marcos is amazing and I will eat there every chance I get andwill also tell everyone about the outstanding service!! Read more
My first review didn?t post. I?ve ordered from your guys probably about 5 times since you?ve opened. Marcos has always been my... go to pizza. Ordered a sub yesterday and I felt weird eating it, I think it was my intuition. Ended up looking and saw a blackcoarse hair sticking out from the cheese. Opened the bread and saw tiny other black hairs on the bread itself. Wish I would?veseen that before eating half way through it. I then checked my pizza and also saw hair. I have red hair and my husband hasblonde so there?s no way it was from us. Not sure whose making the food but I?d make them wear hair nets and a cap. It?s a turnoff and makes me scared to order from here again. I see other reviews have said the same thing and that?s concerning. Hoping youguys fix this. Read more
First let me say, we are beyond thrilled to have Marco?s in Meridianville, Al. Our pizza and salad were beyond wonderful!!! Our... crust was light and crispy. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. They use the finest ingredients, y?all. They do not skimpon the ingredients. Our pizza looked like a master piece. You gotta try them out!! Read more
I have eaten here three times to ensure my review wasn't based on single experience. The pizza here is great. It is some of the... best pizza in Northern Alabama in terms of flavor and taste. However, that is where the good experience for this locationends. This location has poor time and customer management and is unable to accurately predict order times. This combined withover 1 hour wait times just makes this location just above average as an eatery. Read more
Few things ruin a meal more than finding a hair in your food! That is unfortunately the case with this encounter at Marco's.... The hair was baked into the pizza. While I am sure it was not intentional, it ruined the pizza. Gross.... Read more
I ordered delivery from this location tonight and it was FANTASTIC, not only was the kind lady alicia on the phone incredibly... patient with me (a new customer) The driver was also incredibly nice! They made me feel appreciated for my business. My husbandthinks we need to try the wings next but i?m thinking the bowls. Will definitely order again :) Read more
Very satisfied with my experience. The pizza was ready on time, the staff managed to correctly make a complicated 1/2 and 1/2... pizza order. Tasted very good and the staff was extremely friendly on pick up. Will definitely eat at this location again. Read more
