It's a waffle house so you don't expect the best. Staff is nice enough, place is cleaned ok, food is good sometimes but not... always. But they are open late so its an ok option. Read more

Unfortunately, we had the worst experience ever. Our server seemed like he was high, he couldn't remember anything. It took him... 10 minutes to get our drinks. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all and we were his only table. When our foodfinally started to come out, the eggs were cooked wrong, there was a hair in the food, our omelet didnt come as ordered and whenwe said something they simply added the missing parts of the omelet with a ton of grease. It was disgusting. Our grits then hadrandom brown pieces in it, had no idea what it was. Our bacon never came out then after waiting another 10 minutes our wafflesfinally came out. At this point, our appetite was ruined and we asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came out, weexplained to him our awful service and how all of the food came out in correct. I told him I'd pay for the drinks we had but ourappetite is ruined and we didnt want to eat here anymore. The manager pointed out that one of us ate our hashbrowns, cause halfof them were gone. That's when we shared with him that her whole order didn't even come out, the eggs were overcooked, therewas a hair on the toast and while she waited for the rest of the meals to come she picked at the hashbrowns. So instead ofbeing sympathetic and apologizing for everything that happened, he got defensive. It was by far the worst experience I'veever encountered. I don't expect much out of wafflehouse but this was just unacceptable. We paid $12 for 2 coffees 2 sodas andhalf eaten hashbrowns. Poor customer service. Read more
