If you have a huge appetite and love burgers, this is the place for you. The burgers are huge and there are many creative... options. They have an average beer selection and full bar (though my old fashioned was below average). This is a true beer andburger place. Well our 1st experience was not the best!!! when we originally walked in we were greeted & told that the kitchen was behind so... it will be a 30 minute wait on food.. the bartender that was initially there greeted us, took our drink orders... she workedvery hard working the bar, the kitchen area & helping the customers seated out near the bar area. when the 2nd bartender came onshift, she had been there for 35 minutes and never once acknowledged us!!!! she only worked one end of the bar.. One person inour group asked her for a drink, she kept telling him she was going to get it but never came back, after almost 20 mins, butshe continued to serve everyone else around us. we just really did not appreciate the service, did not appreciate theconversation that the bartender was having with another patron or maybe a worker? they were talking about the other bartenderthat had just gotten off. Worst experience ever! Had met the owner and was looking forward to patronizing his restaurant. Took over 10 minutes to order... drinks, waited additional 40 minutes for an appetizer and meals (still didn't get). 2 other customers came in after us andreceived their appetizer and meals. Asked the waitress (Aleana?) what was wrong, she said, "I don't have a problem." Told her wedecided to leave, she said, "okay" and walked away. Service was great! Food was fantastic as usual. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Burger and it was ok but not something I would... order again. It?s really tangy. My husband ordered the Southwest Philly which is absolutely delicious. My Grandson ordered thegrilled cheese ( he?s 6) and he said it?s the best one he?s ever had. He?s now a huge fan of Mugshots. Last night we placed an order to go. We had the Savell and Walker Burger meal, and Caesar Salad. Well, when got home we were... not happy with our meals...We call and spoke with Mike, Manager, who quickly apologize and wanted to make it riight. I came here again because I had a great experience the first time when I was in Meridian and again it does not disappoint. I had... the Stu?s Magic Mushroom it was delicious.
