Service was horrible! They had a new girl on the frontline who didn't know how to do anything. She messed up my order. Not her... fault because she should have had someone leading her. It took more than 15 minutes to get my food! My food was COLD. I calledcorporate but then the mf didn't sound like he care. Worst experience ever! Read more

This is the slowest Hardee's in the entire world! Under no circumstances can I understand it taking 25 minutes to get a Hot Ham... and Cheese Sandwich and a burger. The employees are rude and act like you're bothering them by asking them to do their job. Read more

We?ve waited in the drive-thru line for close to 20 mins this lady was taking the trash out as we pulled up this morning the... dining area is locked so no one can enter the restaurant to order ! It?s now 7:54 am and we are just now having our order taken?.. this is past ridiculous Read more

I purchased a cinnamon roll and there was a small roach inside the carton. I'm sure with the cartons being stacked in the... kitchen it can happen but it was pretty disgusting. I've never had a problem but just be vigilant. Pork chop gravy biscuit combowas delicious. Read more

Worst experience I've ever had. Over 30 minute wait for our food and then it wasn't even right. There was an older couple there... and they were saying they didn't get their food they kept arguing with them saying they couldn't take their word for they wouldhave to look it up. We finally gave them money to go somewhere else to get them something to eat. It was awful customerservice. Read more

First off I was charged for a Medium Combo without being ask, what size I wanted. Waited 11 minutes to get a cold burger, old... apple pie, & nasty fries. If you going to make customers wait at least make sure all of our food is hot & fresh. If I wasn't ina rush to get to my destination, I would have took it all back & got a full refund! Read more

About a month ago, I left a bad review because I had a terrible experience about lunchtime, and was not very pleased with my... experience... I've deleted my horrible review, and have now updated my thoughts on this restaurant. We went during breakfastbefore going to work. We are always in a hurry going to work because of the heat, and with my previous experience I did not wantto come here... but this particular day my husband and boys wanted to come here. My service was excellent! Mrs. Chantal Mccalebwas our cashier, she was super helpful, quick, and so very sweet. It was a delightful experience, and I am pretty sure the ownerwas there at this moment, everyone was on there best behavior it seemed, but was still comfortable to be themselves. I loved theatmosphere, everything was SUPER CLEAN and the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We all got the Angus burritos/biscuit, and I got theloaded omelet burrito, it was fresh, hot, and out very quickly, and it was BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE! I was beyond proud of theincrease, and hopefully my previous experience was just bad timing, and a bad day which we ALL have. I just pride on customerservice growing up in restaurants and having a family owned store, its something that I pet peave about more than the quality ofthe food. If the service isn't excellent, I could care less about the food. We will be going to hardees to enjoy this amazingexperience more frequently, and showing our appreciation to the hard working people there! Thank you guys! Read more
