Service was horrible! They had a new girl on the frontline who didn't know how to do anything. She messed up my order. Not her... fault because she should have had someone leading her. This is the slowest Hardee's in the entire world! Under no circumstances can I understand it taking 25 minutes to get a Hot Ham... and Cheese Sandwich and a burger. The employees are rude and act like you're bothering them by asking them to do their job. Read more

I purchased a cinnamon roll and there was a small roach inside the carton. I'm sure with the cartons being stacked in the... kitchen it can happen but it was pretty disgusting. I've never had a problem but just be vigilant. Pork chop gravy biscuit combowas delicious. Read more
