First time here. Odd but effective menu and ordering system. Really a good buyer at this price point. Also had cheese bites... and Cajun fries. Both very good. Looking forward to coming back and trying some more of the menu. Read more
The folks who worked the drive through were patient with a first-timer and third-timer at their establishment and even... recognized us the next day when we came back through! It's a convenient distance from the hospitals and businesses downtown so Irecommend it if you're visiting someone or running errands. I come here almost every day and am always satisfied with what I get but today I came after work and ordered a tray with a... chicken ranch wrap as my side and it is usually a whole chicken tender with cheese and ranch in a tortilla I was stuck with a1/3 or a chicken tender and the wrap folded into a little square. Stopped here 3 weeks ago for an early lunch heading from TX to MD. I don't often eat fast food and had never been to a Cook Out.... It was early and I was the only one there and the young lady behind the counter was eager to take my order - when I respondedthat I need a minute because I had never been to a Cook Out before she immediately took her time to explain how the menu/ combosworked. May have been the best service (for quick service) I have ever received and the food was delicious. The inside wasextremely clean and I observed others being treated equally as well.
