Love, love, love this wingstop. Their staff is amazing. They?re my favorite wing place, especially this location. The managers... there are always fun, engaged, and always making sure everything is right. I have never had an issue with this company. Honestly I don?t know why this location is still allowed to be open. They never have anything and always have ridiculous waits... for just a few chicken strips? We?ve had it once in the middle of 2020 and it was okay so wanted to try again. Over the pastyear we?ve tried to go a couple times (different days/times) & they always have issues and we can never eat there. We try to beunderstanding post pandemic but today was our last try. We walked in with 5 employees and only one customer sitting in thelobby and they said it?d be an hour wait? It?s not a fancy restaurant, we thought he was joking. I get online orders happen butno one was even there. This issue seems to be the norm and the staff seems to care less. If your customers can?t even eat yourfood and you can?t figure out how to serve food at food place, I?m not sure how you stay open? Read more
Normally I LOVE wingstops Cajun corn ???? but the order I received today had 3 pieces that were scorched, hard as a rock and not... edible at all. (The picture does not even do it justice how black they were) Hard to believe an employee saw these pieces andfigured that was a sufficient quality to pass on to a customer. Read more
I ordered Boneless wings in 4 different flavors, voodoo fries and corn. I got probably 20 bone in wings with original hot sauce... and the fries were soaked in grease. I called and asked for a refund or something because my order was completely wrong the guysaid he let his manager know and they would call. Never received a call. I picked up through drive thru and sat at the windowfor over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Horrible service, so slow & food sucks lately. Ordered wings in advanced for a party. Recieved text notification that food was ready. Showed up at restaurant 20min after the... text and the order wasn't ready. Was told another 15 to 20min. However we had ice cream for the party so not ideal to wait. Themanager kept making excuses after excuses. Terrible customer service. No accountability or ownership for their fault of sendingout notification that food was ready when it was not. Never ordering from here again. Read more
