The staff definitely makes the experience. I came at 9:38pm on 09/09/2022 and these guys made me want to be a regular. This team... was the friendliest and provided an experience that not only made me feel welcome but also like I was a friend! They alsoprepared the food perfectly! They deserve raises management so you better read this. I didn't get their names but customer careof this caliber is beyond rare in this volatile climate and I really hope these guys get the recognition they deserve. This Wendy's is in free-fall disaster mode. If you want to get something and not have a bad experience order fries and water.... Employees are trying hard but something is wrong here. Orders are incorrect, cleanliness is bad, everything is out includingsoda. We watched everyone's order be wrong for the folks that dined-in while we were there. All this is a fun surprise after youorder. Right now the manager is loudly reprimanding one of the fellows working there saying "No No the difference is I haveconfidence, you have arrogance." I'm in the very back of the restaurant and can hear this so I can only imagine working for thisguy is a humiliating experience for whoever is working there. Read more
A new person was working her first day when I went, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was the trained employees that were... working. I won't mention her name, but as I was leaving I told her she was doing a good job, and to ignore the kids with a totaldisregard to proper training. Frosty machine down, and not telling her while she's running the register, fail. Also, when she'sasking a question to someone, and they act like they don't hear her, but you can clearly see by their reaction that they 100%heard her. I hope she stick through, and becomes their manager, cause her people skills were stellar, unlike the new breedworking behind the counter. Read more
Unfortunately I ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG! I?ve try going different times of the day, dine in, delivery, and somehow they... continue to mess up my order. The staff is super young and does not pay attention to what we say. The manager does not seem tobe very concerned about the mistakes, and in fact made mistakes in my order a couple of times as well. My Wife and I stopped by yesterday for a quick lunch. Drive thru line was very long so we decided to dine in. Found the doors... locked! Checked Google and their information stated inside dining available. If you're not going to have inside dining availableduring lunch change your advertising so we don't waste our time and gas driving to your restaurant. Read more

My second bad experience in a row at wendys, which now I think I'm just not eating wendys anymore. The food is good, but... everything else is bad. They totally screwed up my order by giving me a double stack with the regular toppings, which isapparently one single ring of onion and two pickle slices. I ordered no pickles and add lettuce. And I expected more than 1 tinysliver of onion. My diet coke also tasted like coke flavored water because they needed to change the syrup in the back. I didn'tfind that out until I drove away. The person who gave us our order mumbled "did I give you the food?" About 15 seconds aftergiving it to us. Just overall a bad experience and I'm not going back. Read more
