We ordered on doordash but did not give us the option to review so here we are! My husband and I are big foodies and we love to... try new restaurants in the area & had high hopes for this place. The food looked so delicious in the pictures! We paid $13 foreach of our waffles which were very small. Probably the size of my hand and my hands are small. My husband paid $6.50 for asingle fried egg and 2 strips of bacon. The waffles were hard to cut through (especially considering they didn't give us anyutensils haha) but they almost tasted & felt stale somehow. Came in on a holiday around 10am. Place was packed and we were told there was a 35min wait for food. Glad we waited tho. All... the food was great. Waffles were good and held up to all the toppings. I had chicken and waffles and the chicken was juicy and flaked apart, the flavor was sweet but savory and quite tasty. The... WAFFLE was sub-par. The waffle was tough, lacking flavor, had a thick bread like texture that broke apart. The bread was notlight or airy, but rather like someone stuck a ball of dough in the waffle iron instead of pouring in batter. I have been makingBelgian waffles for 20 years and these were not even close. I will not be going back. I am so disappointed that these waffles donot hold up to the standard of the original Waffle Love from Food Network. Read more
