I just went to this Taco Time again and I needed to change my review from 4 stars down to 2 stars. Once again, large order... during busy time. This time they had plenty of people working. They were fast but not even a little friendly. I get it, theywere busy. The real issue was the food. The tortillas on the crisp burritos were either freezer burned or stale, possibly both.I don't know if they freeze them or not. They weren't crispy, they were like eating Styrofoam. Just terrible. I couldn't eatmine. We ordered 5 and they are 4$ now so we got 20$ worth of trash. Also...the meat was different from every other Taco Time inthe area. I don't know how, i assume they all get the same stuff and use the same mixes. This meat tastes off and the texture isVERY different. I honestly don't understand it. Anyway...from now on I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to a REAL TacoTime. I can no longer recommend this Taco Time. However, I'm leaving my previous review in hopes that someone in charge readsthis and understands that they not only CAN do better, but HAVE done better! Here it is - I just went to Taco Time for thefirst time in a couple years (mostly due to covid). I went through the drive through and, in spite of being seemingly short onstaff (only 2 people working), the food was still hot and delicious after a 10 min drive home. We will not be goingback to this place after the service received.
