one person working on a Saturday is not acceptable. It took 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches when I got to the counter. I had to... yell into the back of the building to find an employee to help me. Two people behind me left because of the wait. I frequentthis subway a few times a month and its been getting worse. Read more

Placed an online order through the app. Got to the store to pick up and was promptly shooed off as the locked the doors and... closed the store 6 hours before they close that day. Fantastic work ethic. Subway owes me money now. Read more

Not happy....How can you make a wrap that has guacamole in the name and not put it on the wrap? Bacon wasn't even heated up! ... Meat on the chicken teryaki not even warmed up!! You blew it today!!!! Probably will go elsewhere to get a sandwich, eventhough you are the closest. Read more

Went in at 2:10PM Saturday August 14th. The girl working there was extremely professional and made sure my sandwich was made... perfectly. The boy working there? or should I say taking up space there was just standing around talking to his friends. Ioverheard the conversation and he was bragging about just getting out of jail and how he was on probation for stealing a car anddrifting it. He asked me what he could make for me and when I stated what sandwich I wanted he walked away and told the girlwhat I wanted and for her to make it because he didn?t want to. He then disappeared into the back. It?s apparent that he doesn?twant to be there. As a small business owner I wouldn?t put up with that kind of work ethic. The sandwich was good as usual andthe girl was very nice I?d have given it 5 stars if it wasn?t for the other punk. Read more

Got my mom chicken salad and I tried new protein bowl- steak and cheese. Always nice to build with your choices of veggies and... sauces YUM! Grabbed a few cookies as well which were fresh and soft. Friendly employee who did our order. Read more

I decided that I wanted to have a good Subway sandwich. Actually two, since I was not dining alone. Rather than going cheap, I... spent over $30 on two sub meals. And that was with the Buy One Get One for 50% off! We go both of them with double the meat,called Pro. Then added bacon too! The sandwiches were great! However, since I was driving, I requested to have each sandwich cutin half, and then to wrap each s half separately. I don't know if you've tried to drive while eating, bit sometimes you justhave to. Having each half individually wrapped is MUCH easier, and cleaner, to eat while driving. Well, my request was ignoredcompletely. I went online to inform the management of what happened. The Area Manager, Tammy Silva, wrote back to me to tell methat she plans on talking to the staff. She did apologize for my inconvenience. But, as far as making it up to me...nope!Nothing! Nada! Zip! Zero. Zilch! I thought that since I, and my seat, wore about half of a footlong; Because my request wasignored, that I might be offered the same order, made EXACTLY AS I REQUESTED the first time, only free this second time! Onlythis second time, the staff that ignored their customer, would have the chance to correct their wrong, by actually doing as Irequested. It's a pretty simple request actually. Cut the sandwich in half and individually wrap each half separately. Youwould think that Subway would want to take care of a customer who spends that kind of money on two sandwiches, in hopes that Iwould come back time and time again. But, along with being totally ignored on my request, and the Area Manager not even tryingto make their customer happy, I think that Firehouse Subs will be getting my future business. And when you order from Firehouse,money goes to help the firemen with equipment and whatever is needed! Pretty great, huh? It's a great cause! Who does Subwayhelp?
