I?m very sad. I just paid $5.02 and I think I got about 4 ounces of drink. Keep in mind this picture is after it had melted... some. And it was maybe 60% full of ice still. That is just so much to pay. I should have said light ice, but it?s frustratingeven regular ice I paid $5 for four ounces of drink. I have ice at home. Read more
Normally my drink here is pretty good. The customer service on occasion has not been very good. Today, my barista was... friendly, but he was working alone, had a line and seemed rushed. It wasn?t until I was driving away, that I tasted my drink,and it was not what I ordered (asked for a white mocha, got a dark mocha). My own fault perhaps for not checking it before Ileft, but at $5+ for coffee, they should be paying closer attention to what is ordered and what they are making. Still giving 4stars though because Perry was very friendly despite being busy. Read more
Excellent service; great drinks made perfectly.
I have gone to this starbucks multiple times and the employees are really sweet and I never have any problems. But last night, I... went 30 minutes to closing and when the staff saw me walking to the door, they ran to the back and waited for me to leave. Iunderstand having customers near closing is really irritating, but it?s not like I showed up 10 minutes before closing. Ithought that was really irresponsible. Read more
Normally I enjoy a caramel macchiato from Starbucks with a warm cheese danish(on occasion). This time my experience was marred... by bad customer service. The drink was not prepared as asked and sadly there were no danish in stock. Read more

My favorite Starbucks. They?ve made an effort to get to know me. Julie is so sweet and Made the most effort to know me. Then... there is TIM! What a pleasant and welcoming dude!
