Honestly there is always something wrong with this location. They don't communicate very well for starters. I could ask for... extra pickle, get my sandwich and it has no pickle, and when I press the button to ask what the heck they say "oh sorry we areout of pickles". Couldn't have told me that before? I am normally always missing one item, and on top of that normally I canexpect one item to be prepared incorrectly, and if you ask for sauce don't count on it. Read more

Took forever to get a simple order. Fries were cold and stale. Adding a flavor to a drink nothing was mixed.

I've been here on several occasions in each time I regret coming. Most recent time, was the worst. I ordered two drinks. I... decided to take stall rather than go through the drive-thru, hoping that it would be faster since it was literally only twodrinks. Oh boy was I wrong... For these two drinks, a large Coke and a small slushie, I waited in the heat for over 20 minutes.I have never been to a Sonic as poorly staffed or managed as this one. I highly recommend if you're looking for something fastgo elsewhere. Read more

The food is okay but I wouldn?t recommend getting your drinks here. I got a blackberry sweet tea that just tasted like water and... syrup. The ginger ale tasted like carbonated water. We also got two ice cream cones. By the time we received the cones, it wascompletely melted in a cup. This happened twice this month. Read more

I just went through the drive through and actually had a horrible experience for once. I was not greeted with a hello but just... my total in a very irritated tone. When my drink was handed to me it exploded all over me and the inside of my car. The alreadyannoyed young gentleman says ?do you need napkins? I said um yes? Then all he had to say was ?here?s your food, here?s napkins,and here?s your card, have a nice day.? No offer to refill my drink or anything. I understand it was busy but wow, he needs tobe spoken to about his customer service. Read more

After driving 4 hours with 2 toddlers, we figured Sonic would be a great idea.. thankfully the food was hot, and drinks were... cold, but as for cleanliness, that was so far from being possible. We cleaned off our own table and benches, and if it wasn'tfor the air conditioning, we would be smelling the oil drenched walls. There was no clean tables,which was odd since lobby wasempty, doesn't look like the floor has been mopped in who knows how long. The restrooms were dirty as well. Soap dispensercoming off the wall.. the only good thing was that there was toilet paper and paper towels.. If you're gonna have a lobby fordine in services, please keep it up.. we would have just ate in our vehicle, and used a rest stop restroom. Read more

All lobby doors were locked but one. No signs saying use other door. Lobby was filthy. No clean tables and the floor looked like... it hadn't been mopped on days. The lobby was empty when we got there. Bathroom was disgusting. Soap was empty. Just stopped foran ice cream and to get out of the heat. Read more
