Today was the final straw for horrible customer service. We have had issues before here and shrugged them off. Today we tried to... order. Could not hear through the mic refused to take us at the window. We finally get to the window and their music is playingso loud no wonder they can't her their customers. The person on drive through was rude and was not help. The manger was nice didtry but got our food wrong anyway. We will not be returning to this sonic. And we come here all the time. Read more

I believe the person manning the tell at this location was dishonest in their actions and intent, and I think it is important... that I share. I needed to break a 10 to get something so I got two drinks. My total was $4.64, I paid with the 10 and 64 cents,and did not receive change, but since I normally just pay with a card I didn?t think about it until I got to the place where Ineeded to pick up the thing and I realized I did not have the $6 and I check the receipt and it says $.34 change which means theteller entered that I gave a 5. However I said here is 64 cents and a 10 then gave that amount of money. Then when we returned afew minutes later and asked about the missing money the window person didn?t even question it and immediately just jumped intoexcuses then returned the money. Read more
07-30-2022 was my second visit to this particular restaurant. Ordered the double cheeseburger combo with fries. Unfortunately... the burger was greasy and not very flavorful. Also the French fries were limp and greasy. I may try them again but doubt it. Toobad. Read more
