First time at Red Robin. I totally enjoyed the Scorpio Burger! Fries were great and the server was ???????? nice. It was... extremely busy and the servers were ALL running. Food was great, but service sucked. We only saw our server twice. Once when she took our order and then again when we were done... with the food that another person dropped off. We all 4 ran out of our drinks so we waited after 10 minutes I had to take ourcups up and let the server know. She said they would bring them out.... 5 minutes later I was looking around and the manager(plain clothes) saw and asked what I needed. I explained the drink issue. He went to get is drinks. While he was gone our otherdrinks showed up, then a few minutes later he showed up with more drinks. We asked him for more fries and salad too because wenever saw our server. Then when we got more stuff and nobody would take stuff from our table we had so many cups because of ourempties and the double refills. I just started taking dirty stuff to a table that hadn't been bused for at least 15 minutes. Wethen wanted to pay in cash but nobody would come to the table to collect the money so we decided to just set the ~$70 on thetable and leave. My wife felt it might get stolen so she flagged the manager down and let him know. All in all I love Red Robinfood but I would not be sad if this location got shut down. This is not the first time at this location we have had terribleservice. If I want Red Robin we will probably just drive to a different location that knows how to run their restaurant. If youdo decide to eat at this location hopefully you get better service than we have the last few times at this location. Read more

Service has gone way down and leaves a lot to be desired. 1/2 hour wait and then our group was ignored another 15 minutes. They... messed up our drinks and then brought my salad without any dressing and took another 5 minutes to get another server back tothe table. They didn't clear the table of empty glasses and the appetizer tray. Some of the poor service could be overlooked,but they've increased their prices quite a bit and for that kind of money I would expect better service. Our bill was almost $80for three burgers and drinks and one appetizer. $25 each for burgers and fries is pretty outrageous. Read more

The service was exceptional. Friendly, fast and the food came out correct and fresh and hot. We've been to all of the Red... Robin's in the valley and this one by far exceeded our expectations. We will gladly travel further to be greeted with good foodand good service. Read more

The food and service was excellent, but I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The ledge by our table had at... least a quarter inch of dust built up which had to have been there for quite some time. The floor was littered in trash and oldfood. It was obvious that no one had cleaned in months; if the dining area was this dirty, I am scared to see the kitchen. Read more

Clean restaurant and professional staff. The waiters and waitresses here are very on point and do a great job. The food always... comes out correct and cooked to order. The Donato's GF Pepperoni Pizza is great!!! They also have a large selection of othergluten-free items. Red Robin uses protocols for how to handle Gluten allergies and it shows.
