I love this place! The toppings and fish are always fresh. Its always clean and whenever I've seen the staff stock the... make-table they do it the correct way with new containers and do not mix the old ingredients with the new ones. I really cannotsay enough about how helpful and nice the staff are!! Personally, I think this is the best poke bowl option in the valley. Fresh fish. Quick service. Lots of great flavors and textures to choose from and the sushi rice was perfectly cooked. We happened upon this place by chance the first time and enjoyed it so much we just had to return! The best description for the... food is deconstructed sushi, but they do have a variety. We love the fresh ingredients and the menu is easy to read/follow. Forfirst time goers, I would recommend getting a mix of food you enjoy and a few new things (don't go overboard on ordering a wholerice bowl of ingredients you haven't had before). Read more
