As someone who?s in marketing (and a foodie), I understand the importance of Google reviews, and I was so sad to see this... locations current ratings. I?ve been obsessed with my pan pizzas from Pizza Hut for weeks now. But, tonight, my experience wasone worth reviewing. I have a 100 lb silver lab that can?t help but go crazy at any knock at the door, and honestly, it?sembarrassing. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in Idaho, they won?t answer your phone and they will leave you on hold on purpose. They will... also not enter in your order and then take forever when you come in and ask if they can make a new one. Ok so my daughter insisted that pizza tastes better when cut into squares. So under special instructions we asked fo pizza to be... cut into squares. What I think happened was they cut it normally, then saw special instructions. So the result was a mediumpepperoni pizza that was cut into teeny tiny triangles! I ordered my pizza at 8:58pm and the online quote time for delivery was 25 minutes. It?s been an hour and counting and when I... called to ask about my order the employee just says ?oh yeah. The quote time is wrong. It?s actually an hour and a half.? What??Really Pizza Hut? I love the food but this happens way too often. Would not recommend; I ordered my pizza at 11:25PM tonight (Friday- They are open until midnight) and never received my order... nor an update on it. When I realized how late it was and how long I had been waiting for my order, I tried to call the store at12:35AM (35 minutes after I was quoted to have had my order delivered) and was hung up on twice before someone finally picked upafter me calling a third time, and yelled "we are closed in my ear" without allowing me to speak a single word, and then hungup. Good thing I opted the "cash" button instead of paying with my card online, otherwise I would be out of $20. BEYONDunprofessional. Read more
My online order was not delivered because it was not within there delivery range, the website didn?t mention anything and the... store failed to call me to let me know it was out of there delivery range. I waited for an hour before calling them just to betold I will have to go pick up my order. The pizza wasn?t worth the trip next time I will go to Idaho pizza better quality andbetter service. $74 order and we can?t even get a little Parmesan cheese they try to sell it to us? That?s ridiculous. Wish I had known that... before I paid and picked it up I would have canceled and went elsewhere. Good bye Pizza Hut, that?s the last dollar you getfrom me. I will go elsewhere. The place up the road is closer to me anyways. Hope the pennies you saved on parmesan cheese.Makes up for loosing a customer forever. This pizza hut location gives pizza hut itself a bad reputation. I wish I got her name but the woman that picked up the phone... was completely unprofessional. I gave this place a second chance because the first time this same lady yelled at me. Ive nowcome to terms that im going to drive up to the pizza hut near ten mile the customer service is so much better. Read more
