Very friendly staff! Great pizza always!

So I called and placed a order I get there a say they don?t have my order I ask the girl Gracie at the window what is there... phone number she doesn?t know I ask her what the address is she doesn?t know I pull out and call the place that I placed theorder she answers. I tell her I was just at the window and you said you didn?t have my order. She says I am sirry we forgot toget your name. So now I am having to wait 30 min in line to get my order and get up to the window and they don?t have all if myorder! Read more

I gave the store another chance and was let down. Called in my order about an hour ahead of time, said it would be ready in 20... minutes, showed up about 45 minutes later and they still hadn?t made it as well as adding ingredients I had asked to be removed.The store was empty, it wasn?t as though they were slammed and just hadn?t gotten to it yet. I have always liked Papa Murphy's. The times I've been here in the past, the staff seemed pretty busy but still friendly. This... time, I was lucky enough to get a couple of guys that work together that kept bantering back and forth like a comedy team and itwas quite entertaining to listen to them while they worked. I worked at this location when I was 16 and know this would not have gotten the okay. Barely any cheese and my second pizza... didn?t even have topping cheese. I walked in and could have ran off with stuff due to no staff walking out until I was basicallyout the door. Not happy. Do better. This experience was at the Fairview location next to Crunch Fitness in Meridian. Just got home with my pizza and it was not... what I ordered. I called to see what they could do for the mistake. I verified the order when I made the order and then when Ipicked up I again stated the pizzas I expected. It was dark and I went through the drive up so unfortunately I didn?t pull themapart to check the bottom one?just assumed I would be getting the ones I had ordered. When I called back to see what could bedone, I was told all they could do was give me the right one if I drove back to get it. I live 20 minutes away and on a Fridaynight when my fam and I are starving and ready to start ?family night? I do not feel like making an extra 40 minute trip toexchange the wrong pizza for the right one. The gal was very apologetic, but that doesn?t fix anything. We don?t go out to eatoften, so when we do, we like to get what we ask for and pay for. I wish we could have been given the correct pizza to beginwith or given a refund. Very disappointing. Read more
