I asked for no mayo, they put Mayo on the sandwich, oh well, I go up to ask for it to be fixed and they ignored me for over 20... minutes. I just stood there, at the register holding my sandwich and they would look at me and simply walk away. I would haveunderstood if it was during a lunch rush but the drive through line was short and there was only one other couple in the diningarea with us. I finally asked "is anyone going to speak to me?" When the lady said "fine, tell me what you need". Little did Iknow my not so small husband has stood up and was standing behind me. This could have been bad, even though it's kfc, simplecourtesy would dictate that you address someone waiting patiently with their food. I don't expect gourmet, just basic customerservice would be nice. 0/10 recommend. Read more
Extremely slow. It took about 15 minutes to get my food. My burger was okay, but the fries were cold. The establishment was... obviously understaffed. The tables weren't cleaned and there were multiple flies landing on the tables eating the uncleanedscraps. Read more
Went through the drive through for the first time in a while this afternoon and the employee who took my order was impatient and... rude. Our two soft drinks tasted horrible as if other sodas got mixed in. The chicken was very dry and seemed to be sitting outall afternoon. When asked for a side of ranch the employee let out a big sigh and the sauce was never placed in our bag. Willnot be returning to any KFC after today's display of poor quality and abysmal service. Updated review July 2022 went there today and their lobby is closed at 1:30pm saying lack of employees. My comment to that is...... People don't quit their jobs, they quit the management. June 2022 Had the Jack Harlow meal and everything was delicious andfresh. Read more
Was at the order counter at 7:25p (Tuesday), waited 5 minutes for someone to come up to me and say we are closed inside. The... door says 8pm but I think they close when they get busy in the drive-thru as others have said. My truck and trailer could notmake the drive through work so I had to leave. They should permanently close the dine in or adjust/remove the dine in hours sothey are more accurate and don't waste people's time. Read more
The person taking our order was fantastic, told jokes acted goofy and just made it fun during order. They closed walk in right... after we sat down due to employee shortage. We waited for our order, my double burger was warm and felt like I was eating myshoe sole. Onion rings were nice and hot and good. Wife said her food ok. Read more
Customer service was horrible. very short and rude. Waited outside for 10 minutes to open. Once open after employee saw us... outside waiting. Pulled up to order no response had to call for them to say they were closed due to technical difficulties. Rudewhen answered the phone. No customer service skills. Read more
