This was my first time eating here. I had heard so much about the food and was really excited! The first thing I noticed was the... sign on the door. It had the typical covid type guidelines, which is fine. The one thing that stood out was that they don'tallow workers to work when sick. My friend and I went into the restaurant and waited to be seated. It wasn't busy and the fewminutes we waited was no problem at all. I hear someone coughing quite a bit but wasn't overly concerned. Then I realize it'sthe person seating us and will be our server. She wipes her nose with her hand as she is seating us. That was gross. The serverhad a very surly attitude and made it clear she wasn't the friendliest. She sized my friend and I up and down before seatingus. My friend ordered a beverage and I would say it took roughly average time to get it but when my friend asked about thebeverage the server said "I'm getting it" in a harsh tone. This attitude continued the entire visit. She was absolutelyterrible. Having a sick server was disgusting. She was coughing quite a bit our entire visit. Seems like the sign on the doordidn't apply the day I was there. I only gave 2 stars because the fries and the fry sauce were AMAZING! Otherwise I wouldn'thave even wanted to give one star. Last but not least, the roof leaking into a big bucket by the front door. Now this could havejust started that day or been like that for months. The girlfriend ordered a medium well steak. First one came out bloody. The gentleman who was our waiter and the other gentleman... who helped were great about it. But the s cond one came out good on the outside but still too pink in the middle. Didn't havethe heart to correct again. The service from the waiter and the manager was great. This was our first and last time eating here for sure! We ordered 70$ worth of food. I found two facial hairs on my linguine and... had to ask for another entree. Then waited 20 minutes to receive my food. We saw our server three times on a seemingly slownight. My husband ordered the house burger and immediately threw up when walking through our front door. When we called to givethe restaurant a heads up rather than asking for a refund, Ethan the assistant manager proceeded to accuse us of lying and wasvery disrespectful then REFUSED to give me his name. I understand that a customer complaint can be very scary but there are manydifferent ways he could've chosen to speak to us. Food was not worth the money and service was worth even less. The Meridian location off Fairview exceeded my expectations. The hostess who was a very pleasant gentleman, and went above and... beyond his job! He acknowledged my daughters baby doll she brought to dinner and offered her a booster seat for her doll. Mikeour server was Great too! We never had to ask for drink refills he took care of us the whole time. The pizzas were soooooo good.The crust seemed like it had cheese baked in it, so delicious! Amazing service!!! Read more

Last weekend, my family celebrated my mother's 70th Birthday Party by reserving the banquet room. We had approximately 20... people in our party. There was no reservation fee for the room and the cost for the the amount of food we received per personwas extremely reasonable. The room was big enough to accommodate our needs and allowed for people to move around comfortablyand socialize if they wanted. Lauren, our hostess, had only been working there for one week. She nailed it!! Not only did ourfood come out on time, drinks were promptly ordered and delivered. If we had questions, she had the answers. She treated myfamily like hers. Our server was brand new but sincerely friendly and we wouldn't have known if he hadn't mentioned it. He was supported by the... attentive bartender and everyone was friendly and seemed to care about our experience. The pizza was loaded with toppings, and Ilike the new parmesan crust. The only criticism I have is the fried spring roll wrappers were not what I was expecting, theywere more like a tortilla (chimichanga) shell than a spring roll. Tasted great, full of fillings and the peanut sauce wasperfect, but the shell overpowered the combination. We have always had good luck with their pastas as well. Read more
