10/15/22- placed an online order for pick up. They couldn't find my order as their ticket printer wasn't working. Gave them my... order number, but found out they were out of bread! Really a sandwich shop out of bread for a Saturday lunch period? Sodamachine was out of co2, and no brownies after having paid online for it. 7 people staffed and only 2 were actually working,others busy chatting with friends or co workers. The food prep area was filthy and an employee even sat on the counter. Thisplace turned away at least 20 people due to no bread. Took well over an hour to finally get my order. Mngt needs to trainemployees representing your business. If you want better customer service, go to the State street location! I will never againgo to this location as I this is the level of customer service experienced every time I've gone to this location. Read more
Good bread and reasonable prices, not much selection on condiments, but a good sandwich, fast service. I had the giant sub... ,about $16 bucks, roast beef and provolone. In and out in 5 minutes. Friendly staff, parking can be tight. Read more
Literally the slowest service I have ever received. I was never approached at the counter, I had to initiate that I was ready... for my order. No one was actually making food, everyone was messing around socializing with one another. Yet, they stated theyare very busy, when there was 3 customers in the lobby including myself. Took well over 20 minutes to make one sandwich. As Iwas leaving, an employee who clocked out and was leaving proceeded to almost hit me with his car. Terrible service. Read more

We were so excited about this new location to open up. When it was new we gave it a few chances horrible experience but it?s... still a new location. I went there today and did an order pickup and waited there for over an hour. Then the cashier didn?t evencall out my name. Is he expecting me to just know my order is there? While i continue to wait there for so long? Two of the guyswere nice one of them actually acknowledged me but the other guys were awful. Went in on 8/14/22 to pick up a DoorDash order and the customer service I received was horrible. The employees all seemed lost... and like they were having a really hard time figuring out the orders. They had not started the sandwiches for my order and werevery slow to tell me what was going on. I unassigned the order and left once they finally told me it would be another 10mins forthem to prepare the hot subs. I will no longer accept DoorDash orders for this location. I never get this kind of service fromJersey Mike's the management here must be very poor. Read more
Was pretty excited to try this place as I?ve heard good things but when I opened the wrapper I was pretty disappointed to find... that the bread is soaked in oil and vinegar. Bread was almost completely soggy. The turkey tastes really weird. It was inedible.I will never be going back and encourage others not to as well as there are way better sandwich places that know how to put oiland vinegar on their sandwiches without drenching the bread. Ordered gluten free jersey shore, mikes way and they put lettuce only and mustard on it. Not worth driving back because we live... 25 minutes away. How in the world does a sub shop make that kind of mistake?!? Read more
