Visited Jack in the Box for the first time today. My experience at this store was terrible. I ordered the Sourdough burger... because it sounded good and was marketed well. The problem was with the kid they had cooking. The burger was way over-cooked(dry) and way over salted. I also ordered curly fries with it and they were just as bad. I got down two bites of the sandwichand very few fries, and couldn't take any more. The rest went into the garbage. Also way over-priced for what you get. I won'tbe going back. 2020 10 12 Update: District Manager (Michael Seibert) did reply to my review by email. He also offered to refundthe cost of my meal, which I was willing to accept. So I went through the drive-thru a few nights ago and as I was sitting there I watched the guy that was bringing all of the... orders out to cars light a cigarette every single time he took an order out smoked a couple puffs and then put the cigarette outand kept it for the next time he came out. This was no exception when he brought my food out.after giving my bag to the wronglady (then walked away to take a few puffs while she looked at the order and realized it wasn't hers) Went back to get the foodwith the cigarette in his hand and then brought the food over to my car with the cigarette. Still in his hand. Still burning.When I complained about the cigarette in his hands that he was smoking while delivering my food to my window, I was approachedby what seemed to be the manager on shift as she was bringing out the other car's food. At the same time that I was complainingabout the cigarette to the other guy. They both looked at me like what's your problem lady. Apparently nobody in this restaurantbusiness understands basic health code rules/ violations. I am not in the health code industry by any means, but even Iunderstand how absolutely disgusting that is knowing that the guy smoking went inside for no more than 20 or 30 seconds betweenorders. There is absolutely no way that he was washing his hands in between smoking those cigarettes. It was absolutelydisgusting. I'm not trying to be a prude. Shout out to the 1 employee working today 9/9/22. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. Thank you for being so dedicated to your... job- you need a raise. We went through the drive through from 12-12:30pm . To the management/owners- I'm not sure why it wasn'tshut down due to lack of employees, it was sad to see him doing everything by himself and knowing that customers were probablyjerks due to the time it was taking. Waiting 38 min for 8 Jr bacons and 2 last curly fries.. got home and had only 6 sandwiches and they only had 1 slice of bacon... each. My fries were cold and it was because I watched the lady drop them and pull them back up not even 30 seconds later. Shedidn't hit the fryer button at all. Tried to call to tell them I was missing did didn't get an answer then I drive back overand the front doors were locked and there was 6 cars in the drive through. Sat there for 15 min didn't move forward at all. Thankfully the truck behind be backed up and left so I was able to do the same. I now remember why I don't go there. Read more

The worst fast food experience ever. Cold fries, this piece of chicken was as dry as a mummies middle finger. I did get a refund... on the chicken and fries, not the drink. The cook was offended " I just made that there was nothing wrong with it." said thecook. The manager was doing her best to deal with 3 people in line, me included, all returning food. Read more
