It took a long time to get our food and they didn't really seem that busy. But the food itself was great. And the staff VERY... friendly and professional. Over all it was a good experience and would definately go again. Read more
I' be always loved Hugo's! The employees are so great so super nice! Food is awesome! Love the sandwiches!
The subs tasted really good. They're smaller than I'm used to, but I was satisfied. I didn't get the fries, and now I might have... to go back and try them. They have several bread options, and they all sounded good. You can make a meal of it with some sides. Read more
Weak flavor. The breading on the deli fries is gross. Fries were soggy. Thats not "spicy ketchup", its cocktail sauce. Sandwich... flavor did not jive well with all the ingredients. $40 for 2 people to eat sandwiches and fries and have almost a full sandwichget thrown away. Only redeeming quality was the bread was pretty good. But, this is a sandwich shop. Not a bakery. No thank you. Read more
