Freddy's is good food but for some reason this location sucks. I've been here 4 times now and every single time the food is... undercooked...I just now had it again and asked for well done and of course raw food... this is my first time back in 9 monthsand this is it. We had a group of 14 that met at this Freddy?s today, and they let us pull tables together to accommodate everyone. Also when I... got there realized that my tire was going flat. So we had to take the tire to the tire shop and wait to get it done. The staffwere so kind and let us stay after we finished eating, for probably an hour. The manager was great. Read more

2nd time ever trying, we were shorted a double burger at the window but thought it was the kids burger we were missing. We were... grilled about what was wrong which kinda led to the mistake of which burger was missing. Right after we got the second kidsburger we double checked eventhing that's when we realized the mistake and explained the error on what happened. But before wecould offer to pay for the mistake burger or even just return it, we immediately were told since they gave us the extra kidsburger they would not give us the one we ordered (which we payed twice as much for). So we parked and went inside and politelyasked for a refund for everything but the ice cream the kid was eating already. We were not asked what can be done, the managerrefunded the items and only spoke to confirm what wasn't being refunded. Hastily the manager threw the food away and gave us ourreceipts. I don't understand what policies there are in place to treat everyone like thieves, they originally shorted us, thenwe made the mistake of what we were missing because of the conflict it caused that we still needed one more burger. Theresolution could have been a different situation if any form of customer service was present. Will never be back, I will supportthe business that run a fair buisness. Read more
