I want to give this a 4 but they?ve increased their prices a lot. If you want a normal burger it?s 10$ without fries, you have... to pay extra for those. Everything is good, I just think for a fast food burger joint, it?s a little too much. It?s Red Robinprices, without getting the service. Also I do wish they did a better job at looking at the fries they give out; our whole frywas a bunch of small little bits. Not my fav but we still ate them. I wouldn?t not recommend 5 guys, but I wouldn?t tell you tosteer clear. Read more
So the last 4 times we went are fries are barely warm and soft/limp....do we need to request crispy ?? The 10 other times we've... been there the fries were always piping hot and crispy !! Has something change in the way they are cooked. We always eat inrestaurant so it's not because fries are sitting in a bag. Burgers have always been excellent !! Read more
Third time in a row we've gotten the little cheeseburger for our kids with meat not cooked all the way through. We even asked... for "well done" this time since our burgers were basically raw in the center the last two times. Not a pink, but a raw, red beef(and no, not red from the ketchup!). Absolutely do not order delivery through Five Guys. Bag had been opened by the 'dasher', buns soggy, fries damp, 'grilled'... onions (yeah right and probably has nothing to do with delivery) had to be tossed, lettuce was refuse (tossed). Called FiveGuys; they suggested contacting DoorDash. Contacted DoorDash; they suggested contacting Five Guys. Moral of the story, pick itup yourself. Lesson learned. That said, burger toppings were garbage. Five Guys is not who they used to be. Read more
