I wasn't having a good day as I'm recovering from a head injury. I had just reordered a couple drinks that weren't made to my... specifics but I had an earful from the boss. Which I understand is part of their job. I offered for them to look at my Dutchapp so they knew I wasn't lying about my order but I held up in that line for almost 10 minutes. This has been my dutch for years but the last few times I went there a bigger colored girl has been so rude not only to me but... to my 9 year old. She makes my drinks horrible and thinks a child needs a phone to get a birthday drink she also doesn't everhave a smile and talks with attitude. I have plenty of employs that know me there and know what I usually drink but this girlneeds to go or I'm about to boycott my dutch. Read more

This dutch location has a few questionable employees. I've been to many of the locations and the disrepect they showed towards... my wife is unacceprable. If the manager happens to see this post, you need to teach your employees basic etiquette. Trulydisappointing. Read more
This is my favorite Dutch Bros in Meridian. If they?re not busy they?ll engage in conversation while your drink is being made.... The customer service there is great and I?ve never had anything to complain about when it comes to my drinks either. Overall agreat establishment. Read more
The drinks are obviously the same at every stand, so they?re good, but this location has a major issue with employees directing... traffic in a safe way. They?ll be putting in a customers order on the iPad with space for three cars between them and thewindow, leaving the cars behind them hanging into the driveway or blocking the parking lot. Common sense would dictate that youmove forward when there?s no one in front of you. It?s not hard? Read more
