There was 1 vehicle ahead of me. I waited in line almost 15 minutes for my order. I understand some places are short staffed... however, there were 5 people inside making drinks and 3 outside taking orders. My family and I are visiting Idaho and wanted to try some coffee places that we never had seen. We went to Human Bean first as... it is was closest to where we were staying. It was such a let done. We went straight to Dutch Bros and everyone there was sonice and the drinks were amazing! We will definitely be stopping by to get more coffee before we head back home Read more
This place is confusing for new customers. We asked for a menu and they gave us a pamphlet of flavor names which doesn't help... tell us what kind of drinks they are. Would prefer they have a large standing menu like every other drive through business.Also, the music was so loud that when we asked for our receipt, we had to repeat ourselves because the girl couldn't hear usspeaking at a normal volume. Our first time visiting. Went through the drive through window and asked the young barista Zach about the coffee. He asked if... wr had ever been to Dutch Bros before and we told him we had not. After describing their versions of what we were looking for,he took oir order and said, "First time customers get a free order." What? The coffee was delicious, but Zach was the gem inthe store. Very polite and an easy conversationalist. He made us feel welcome despite the orher dozen or so cars in line. Ifall Dutch Bros are like rhis one, they have a new customer for life. Read more
