There was 1 vehicle ahead of me. I waited in line almost 15 minutes for my order. I understand some places are short staffed... however, there were 5 people inside making drinks and 3 outside taking orders. I love Dutch Bros but everyone's time is valuableand just wished Dutch Bros would get orders out in a more timely matter. Read more
My family and I are visiting Idaho and wanted to try some coffee places that we never had seen. We went to Human Bean first as... it is was closest to where we were staying. It was such a let done. We went straight to Dutch Bros and everyone there was sonice and the drinks were amazing! We will definitely be stopping by to get more coffee before we head back home Read more
This place is confusing for new customers. We asked for a menu and they gave us a pamphlet of flavor names which doesn't help... tell us what kind of drinks they are. Would prefer they have a large standing menu like every other drive through business.Also, the music was so loud that when we asked for our receipt, we had to repeat ourselves because the girl couldn't hear usspeaking at a normal volume. The drinks are ok, not sure why the frost cost 5.45 it's frozen milk and syrup. Read more
