Terrible customer service! 5 employees were milling around behind the counter with only 1 one of them helping customers while... there was a line of people waiting. We ordered freshly prepared ice cream and a 6 pack of ice cream cupcakes. After we ate theice cream in the store, we went to take our 6 pack of ice cream cupcakes out of the freezer and an employee rudely and accusationally asked us if we?d paid for the cupcakes. If that?s your system for preventing loss, maybe you should put thefreezer behind the counter because you won?t be getting repeat business accusing your customers of not paying for something. So I realize we are living in a time where not many people are working so there aren't enough employees in most places. However... what I experienced today was truly unacceptable. I walked into the store around 5:30pm and there was no one in line. I wasgreeted by one girl working on what you could tell was an online order. She told me someone would be out to help me shortly. Istand for about 5 minutes and no one comes out. As I'm waiting several other customers walk in. A group of three employeesemerge from the back. I'm thinking great now we are ready to go. Instead they all begin to work on other tasks, one starts tomake waffle cones, while the others continue on online orders. The gentleman behind me gets frustrated and states, "thecustomers in the store should come before online orders" no reaction from employees. 10 more minutes pass, gentleman leavesangry. All employees still working on online orders. After 17 minutes waiting I am finally acknowledged and my order taken. WhenI mention that it's not great Customer service to keep in store customers waiting, to which I was told sorry we are shortstaffed. Um you have four employees and instead of taking in-store orders you all worked on the online orders. I was superdisappointed. They weren't apologetic instead annoyed that several people brought up that in-store comes before online. I won'tbe back. Read more
I came in yesterday with a friend and we both got a yummy Chocolate shake with cookie dough! The employees were very nice and... patient when we were wanting to sample some of the ice creams:) Read more
Horrible customer service! So sad too because the ice cream is delicious. 4 employees behind the counter. 2 of us in line. No... one greeted us. A guy finally came over and just stood in front of me with a blank stare on his face. I placed two separateorders, for me and my son. He put them in the same cup. I told him they were separate and he became annoyed and slammed down thespoon and then corrected the order while glaring at us. Then he literally tossed our cups of ice cream at us. I said, "did youjust throw that at me?" He smirked and tossed the next one on the counter even more forcefullyand said "yup." I asked to speakto a manager and he pointed at the guy next to him who couldn't be bothered to look up or interject into this exchange. Themanager just stands there while his employee is tossing things at the customers? Wow. I get that we're in a staffing shortagebut to allow this type of behavior to represent your business and brand is so sad. Read more
Found a hair in a Birthday cake, they refused refund and required me to dispute the transaction with my bank. Ashly the manager... first told us that a refund would be no problem and to bring in the remainder of the cake. After doing so we were told to calland speak to the manager ?Ashly? to receive the refund at which point she denied ever offering the refund and requested us todispute the transaction with our bank. She was very rude and accused us of lying about being offered the refund. I haveattached photos of the HAIR IN THE CAKE not just on the cake. I also have video of pulling it out of the cake. As I walked in there was 4 people on the floor place was empty. Not a greeting or a welcome in. I waited for 5 minutes just... being looked at by all these workers until a girl came out from the back and looked confused I made eye contact with her andsaid no I have not been helped. She came up and thankfully enough I submitted an order online. Gave her my name and they had itready to go because she grabbed it from the freezer so I guess the time I spent waiting to get help of any kind was the time itwould have taken for them to make my order. Yummy thick ice cream. Love various flavors. Staff is nice. Only complaint is the tables seem to always be dirty. I have to... clean up previous person ice cream spill. Overall love their ice cream with a waffle cone. This time went basic oreo withchocolate chips birthday cake ice cream. Read more
