This location was the best place for kids but no longer is since they have closed the play place. Only reason my family went... there was for the play place. Now we will find somewhere else to take our kids to eat. Please respond to my posting if you openup the kids play place. Read more
In Aug 7, 2022 at 453on, I paid for a double cheeseburger and a spicy chicken sandwich and fries with a large Pepsi. I was told... to pull up front and they?d bring it out, they did and I drove off to share a lunch with my daughter on her lunch break. Wow!The fries were COLD, the bread on my chicken sandwich was hard at the edges and the lettuce was shriveled up. The cheeseburgerwas the same, dried up. The Pepsi was all ice and watered down it didn?t taste like soda. We were so dissatisfied and hungry, webagged it and headed to McDonalds for a FRESHLY made meal. Carl?s Jr should be ashamed to have given a customer a dried up coldmeal after being told to pull around and park and they will deliver it out. I thought it was bc it was being made!! I waited 10minutes!!!!! The crack-head looking toothless cashier woman most likely kept my money and gave me throwaway food!!! Never evergoing to Carl?s Jr. again. A 10 minute wait for garbage! I went in to the drive thru last night & I will never in my life go back to that location. I also find it very interesting upper... management only replies to 4-5 star reviews and every bad review goes unnoticed because quality fast food service does not existat the Eagle location next to Arby?s. I waited 25 mins for a burger n a shake w some onion rings ; both people who took my orderand gave me my food had so much dirt on their hands and under their fingernails & do not show proper hygiene or representationin the food industry. I myself work in Boise at a fast food restaurant, and it makes me so happy not one single crew member ofmine displays the lack of urgency and disrespect shown at the Eagle location. My burger was smashed and poorly made , I?ve eatenat many different Carl?s Jr. and that burger made last night was a middle finger to my decision of coming there. The burgeritself looked so disappointing for $9??? On top of it all , my milkshake wasn?t even ice cream , it was a chocolate milkconsistency and my onion rings were dry and had no flavor whatsoever. I strongly feel like Carls Jr has given up on thislocation because every time I?ve gone here , it?s nothing but a bad experience & I hope this restaurant gets torn down andsomething more profitable & professional takes over because the employees are nothing but crack heads & inexperienced employeesfor a fast paced make-line. Horrible experience. My order was made wrong -- I asked for 2 Famous Stars without cheese and with extra onions and mustard.... What I got was Famous Stars with cheese and without onions and mustard. The onion rings were at lease 3 days old. The FrenchFries were soaked in grease and inedible. Place should be closed until competent management revamps and takes over! Read more
This place really needs help. Kids cheeseburger is pitiful. The root beer in the machine inside tasted awful. They had no... ketchup in the dispenser and when I told them they didn?t do anything about it. Gave me 3 packets for me and my two kids whichwas definitely not enough so I went without ketchup. And then as we were filling up our chips just before leaving one of theemployees said the ?F? word. My kids are little and that kind of language should not be used where little kids are.
