I have been here a few times, and my rating stands. Every time I come in I am not greeted, I usually stand there waiting for... someone (usually standing right in front of me) to acknowledge me at all. 3 trips out of 3 I went in with my 1 year old, and all3 times neither the hostess or server offered me a highchair or booster the first two times I asked for one but the third timeas an experiment I did not, and ate the whole meal with my toddler all over the place as my server didn't care enough to evenoffer. That said the food/drinks are good. I haven't been disappointed by the food yet if I never come back it will be becauseof the poor service which really makes me sad because a good friend of mine works here, but she is one of the good servers soshe is in high demand and hasn't had an open table for any of my visits. Brunch! Yes please!! This is an 11/10 ???? (I haven?t ever given an 11/10 before) find for us. Highly recommend!!! The food was... amazing, service was superb. Staff was friendly. Definitely will visit again!!! The eggs Benedict was perfectly proportional, Iordered one classic and the California one (you can get two on the same plate). Fantastic breakfast/brunch restaurant with a simple menu and great food. There is usually a wait to get in but their website... makes it easy to get your name on the list while you're on your way and see where you are in line. We waited about 5 minutes inthe car until we received a text that our table was ready, very nice system. Great food and friendly service, we will be back! Read more
Chicken Fried Steak and avocado toast was very good. Excellent, friendly service, great location on McMillan and 10 Mile... Roads. Service was very fast. Seemed like 7 minutes after our order the food was here, hot and fresh. Place was decently busyas well as we arrived at 12:45pm. I would definitely recommend this spot as a breakfast and brunch destination. Read more
I ordered $50 of food yesterday morning to treat my family. The pickup time said 11:50 a.m., and that?s when I got to the... restaurant. The hostess informed me that it would be another 10 minute wait, which was fine. That 10 minutes ended up being a 45min wait, and it turned out my food had been sitting on the take out counter for who knows how long. The hostess was calling outnames for the take out orders while I was sitting there, but never called my name. She looked over at me often but never saidanything about my order, no apologies for the wait or updates from the kitchen like they do at other restaurants. People thatcame in long after me for to-go orders got their food right away. When I finally got my food it was cold, and they forgot myparfait. We had to reheat everything at home. Imagine my frustration when I found out when I got home that they also forgot thegravy for my biscuits and gravy. When I asked the hostess how long my order was sitting there and inquired about my missingparfait, she didn?t apologize (like they have at other restaurants) and came across as dismissive of my concerns. I didn?t havethe means to go back for the missing food, so I wasn?t able to enjoy the breakfast that I paid a good penny for. I?ve done takeout from this restaurant in the past and never had any issues, so it was really disappointing to have an experience like the onethis morning. We went there for a breakfast on a Wednesday at 9 am and it was very busy. There were a number of families and the atmosphere... was very friendly and everyone enjoying themselves. Our breakfasts were very good - I had the rancho skillet, and my wife hadthe chilliquilles. The service was very friendly and efficient given how busy it was. I would recommend this place for a funbreakfast any morning. They also have some great specials for early birds and drink specials on the weekends. Read more
