This is my 2nd visit to a Boise Fry Company location, and my first visit to this one in Eagle. I'm not super impressed by the... food. The burger was pretty good and was cooked medium, so it's nice that they didn't dry it out by overcooking, but theseasoning was pretty minimal so there wasn't much flavor to the beef. The fries were super greasy and there was a puddle of oilin the bottom of the bowl. This probably accounts for the stomach ache I had after we left. My kids liked their food, but it'sreally all about the different sauces. Service was friendly even though it was slow (about 20 minutes waiting for our food) forcounter serve fast food. All in all, I won't be rushing be back, but I might try the bison burger sometime to see if that's moretasty. Read more
I don't like writing bad reviews, but this experience had several bad aspects. It's also the first bad experience at a Boise Fry... Co. It was the one in Eagle Island Marketplace. First of all, they didn't have the duck fat frier turned on so I couldn't getthe Bourgeois Fries. Which, is half the reason I go in there. Secondly, the burgers were very disappointing. My brother and Ialways get the Bison and usually they ask how we want them cooked, but they didn't. The burgers were very over-cooked andunseasoned. My Dad got the beef and his burger was also over-cooked and unseasoned. Thirdly, my brother got his fries "Cheesed",which was good, but he found a long black hair in them. And fourth, the overall cleanliness was very lacking. Like I said, thiswas my first bad experience, and I hope they were just having a bad day. Read more
Good food , I also was surprised of the really amazing drinks they had in there. Refreshing! The atmosphere was calming. I loved... the lemon and cucumber water they have too! Spa and zen like ! Read more
Shared a great meal with my wife. Seating not too comfortable, but food was hot, fresh, and tasty.
Great food! They have fried brussel sprouts with a maple bacon jam! All kinds of fries and burgers. Love that they have all... kinds of ketchups and seasonings to choose from! Read more
The fries are good! I got the bison burger and it was pretty mediocre so don?t have high expectations. I came in with a party of... 6 about 45 mins before closing and the staff didn?t seem very happy about that and had already put away some stuff so wecouldn?t get a few sauces or items. It was my first time here and there will not be a 2nd :/ I can?t really say anything bad,but I also can?t say anything great. It?ll do if you just want something in your stomach but if you?re looking for a tasty juicyburger this is not the place. Read more
Super bummed and unhappy with the food. The fries are supposed to be some of the best around, but they are stale as heck, not... crunchy at all, kinda hard to eat super rough and the BLT is stale and isn?t much to it, maybe a couple pieces of bacon, oneslice of tomato and stale bread. Pretty bummed! I was SO excited to try this place out! I hope it was just a fluke. $20 not wellspent on two meals. :( Read more
