Some of the best ice cream. So hard to choose the flavor to go with. Jamocha is incredible, Momma Makin Cookies is a twist on a... great one, and the Stranger Things flavors are delicious. Upside Down Pralines was a chocolate lover's dream! Now, if the staffknew who Wham was, this place would have gotten 6 stars, just 5 for now! My husband and I went in last week at 9:30 and wanted quarts of ice cream. There were 2 employees working a girl and a guy named... Bryce. No one said hi to us or acknowledged that we were there for over 10 minutes and Bryce was so busy messing around andthinking everything was a joke while the other girl was busting her butt to help everyone. We spend alot of money at baskinrobbins and we were so miss treated it was ridiculous. When Bryce scooped my quart of ice cream he didn't even weigh it and whenwe got home it was barely 3/4 full and I wasn't happy at all. And on top of that we got 4 scoops of ice cream as well and theyhave us a punch card that says for every 4 ounce scoop of ice cream you get a stamp so we should have gotten 4 stamps but theyonly gave us 2 and they said that's what our manager told us to do. When my husband asked if we would have gotten each scoop ina separate cup would we get 4 stamps she said "well yes". That doesn't make any sense at all but we just gave up. Read more
Our first visit to this location. Since I have to choose 1-5 stars, I choose 1 and that's being generous. Horrible service!!! ... Overcharged us $5 for 2 ice creams. Didn't realize it until we sat down and read the menu. Tried to get a refund and was toldthe register messes up from time to time and she would have to call the owner. The owner offered us a free scoop of ice cream!! Of course we didn't accept this and demanded a refund but the girl behind the counter said they can't give money back and togive her our name and number and the owner would call us. After 5 attempts of spelling our names wrong, she got itright....(entire time not making eye contact)...unprofessional to the 9th. This place is the prime example why "brick andmortar" businesses are failing!!! We will be persistent in our refund and will not be going back to this location again. Ontop of the above... dining room was a disaster and the two girls that were working were to busy socializing to clean it. Read more
