BUYER BEWARE!! I went through the drive thru 2 days ago ordered 6 classic roast beef sandwiches and a large fry, paid for my... order got the receipt to discover that the sandwiches were on special 4 for $10, which the order taker had thankfully used thespecial for those but I wish she would have mentioned the special, I would have ordered 8. I went back through the drive thru asthere were cars behind me and explained the situation and asked if I could purchase the 4 for $10 and be credited the $8 andchange for the other 2 sandwiches, she said she couldn't do that, I asked to speak with the manager and he said the same thingwith the comment the GM has approved that decision and that lots of people know about the special, it's on the menu (which Ididn't see and told him, to which he replied, it's also on the windows of the building). I am not lots of people and I didn'thave time to stop and look at windows of the building for specials, I was also in the car alone. Really, they are willing tolose business over less than $2, I am shocked and appalled, I'll think twice before going back to this location or any other runby this GM. Read more
Food is fine, dining room wasn't spotless but not uncomfortable, I think it comes down to staffing issues. Last time we were... there they had to close the dining room half way through our meal, which we were not pressured to finish just no one else got tocome in. Read more
Recently placed an order through Door Dash. The bun on the beef and cheddar smelled funny. (More than stale.) Couldn't eat it.... Sauces not included, which has become a pattern of Arby's. Read more
I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes with 3 other vehicles for an order of crinkle fries(large)and a large coke and peach... lemonade. I finally got my order and drove off only to discover I had been given burnt curly fries. I hate curly fries. Neveragain. I knew better than to stop here in the first place. Read more
The food was good. We were refused to change the side. We were forced to have crinkle cut fries and not allowed to choose the... other sides on the menu. The two ladies the blond with glasses and the trainee said crinkle cut fries only off the many choicesof sides. WHY??? Why do they have SIDES in plural????? When did this change?? Also no paper cups for sauces but there was saucesin the containers. I asked the lady in glasses are we to use our hands? This was the first timeI heard of this. Read more
Amazing experience, amazing food! Everything was high quality and nothing was lacking. Buns are amazing, and they are so... generous with sauce. Pastries were so fluffy and warm! They did forget to put our chicken nuggets in, we went back through andthey were so quick to get us taken care of! Talked to both a guy and girl and they were so friendly! Read more
