Normally the service is good. Today I suppose my online order was given away. When my daughter presented them with their error,... they made her wait while they served and cleared all the other customers as if we made the mistake. Please do better withkeeping up with online orders and don't penalize your local customers who planned ahead. Read more
Not sure what?s going on at this location. I?ve had great experiences at other Jersey Mike?s. Placed an online order today,... showed up for pickup and three employees were chatting. My order wasn?t done, so one reluctantly asked what I needed and theyseemed confused when I told them. Then went to the register and pulled off 3 online ticket orders that I guess they neverchecked. I waited about 8 minutes for them to make the sandwich - it was absolutely drenched in vinegar to the point where thebread was soaked through on the bottom. On unwrapping it there was also a hair in the lettuce. I?m very easy going but thisplace is very lack-luster. Won?t be coming again. Read more
So we've gone to this location a few times and man we're they slammed with online orders yesterday (9/30) plus their walkin... customers. They only had 4 employees working during lunch and had food lined up on the counter. You could see they were a bitstressed and possibly short staffed, but the team working did amazing job of making sure everyone wak taken care of. Read more
We placed an online order for curbside pick up and was told it would be ready at 1:20. We arrived and checked in through the... app. We?re willing to understand they could be busy and backed up so we waited until 1:35pm. No one ever came out with ourorder. My husband went inside and there were only a couple customers eating. No one waiting to be helped. He asked about theorder and my sandwich was sitting there half made and his hot sandwich was sitting there. They rushed to finish my sandwich andgave him the order. We sat down to eat and his sandwich was made on the incorrect bread. This has happened quite a few times inthe past month with lack of attention. Read more
Hello, I gave a three star due to a few things in the last couple of months. 1. So many of my orders have been incorrect. We... order every saturday and abiut half of the orders in the last couple of month have been incorrect. We literally have to open upour subs to see if was incorrectly made or not. Today I place an online pickup for 1:15. I got there and it was behind thecounter ready but not in a bag. The bag was not labeled whatsoever like they normally would be. The employees had a confusedlooked trying to figure out if it was correct. As I was waiting I am assuming the manager she was solving an issue on the phonewith another customer. As I stood there to be waited on 3 people including the manager (after she got off the phone) did notgreet me or acknowledge me. So very disappointed in this location now. Was there a manager change? Never once have I had anincorrect order before until a couple of months ago. What has happened to this location. Before a couple of months ago.Definitely 5 stars across the board on everything. Good sub, but for a sliver more than a half sub at a full sub price. The size to price ratio is off-putting. See picture. That... is half a Regular. Put two toothpicks end to end, that's their whole sub size. If you are hungry, beware...and prepared tospend on the Giant...which is actually a footlong. Read more
Placed an online order and arrived when it said it would be ready. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes and still haven't... gotten my 2 sandwiches. I have to get back to work.
