I have to give this place one star and it sucks because I love their food but the customer service is absolutely awful, the lady... that answers the phone is so rude and dismissive. I shouldn?t feel like I?m asking you for a favor when I am paying for aservice, I understand people have bad days but this is the 2nd time it happens where she hangs up on mid sentence like I ambothering her, in person is not any better, there?s been times go in to order and she?s heavy breathing like me placing an orderis inconveniencing her. I will not be returning to this establishment because I deserve to be treated better than that. Honest opinion, the food here is 8 1/2 out of 10. it?s really good, but not quite moms cooking, IMO. if you speak English do not... order on the phone they struggle with English! I don?t speak much Spanish, but I try because it?s one of the only Spanish foodplaces that deliver. also you have to order 3 different things to make a order it?s weird IMO and to be honest I haven?t beenthere iv only ordered on the phone I need to make a trip and check it out but for now this is my opinion Read more
Small spot in downtown Meriden close to court, YMCA... the food here is amazing! I had the 'Mofongo with beef' I was blown... away... the taste was excellent. I will definitely be going back here to try other dishes. The server/cook is super nice andfriendly. Read more
Had the papas locas de pernil, it was delicious I felt like I was back at home in Puerto Rico. Employees are a 2 out of 5 stars... not very welcoming. Food just a little high but worth it, Overall food is good recommend taking food home. Read more
