Ever since new management is been terrible here, I feel like they closed the lobby cuz the manager is lazy. I've seen the... manager on her phone and chatting to other when she could have been helping me. Service time is worse than some actualrestaurants and that's going through the drive through. The mic at drivethru sucks. Food is usually cold. You literally wait atleast 5 min to even have your order taken. Like how is it this bad, please fire the manager and hire someone competent. They either need to update their hours with Google, or they just close whenever they feel like it. I have come here many times... before and it's before 12am, and I'm not talking 11:50pm, I've gotten there at a little after 11pm, if not earlier. They tellyou they're already closed if you're lucky, or you drive up to a completely shut down speaker so you pull through just to seethe employees still in there doing who knows what...but whatever it is, it clearly doesn't seem to be their job. I had a coupon for 2 whoppers meal and I was very impressed by the food quality. The French fries were so hot that I had to eat... my sandwich first. Very friendly staff as well. Read more
The cashier was actually nice. They took my coupon which was a surprise because so many BK"s don"t honor the coupons they mail... me. I don't have much bad to say about this BK & I would return to this BK many times. Read more
I do not know what was going on at this location when I was there but it was as an absolute disaster. I waited 30 minutes and... three cars ahead of me to order (I would have left but I was trapped in the single line) just to pull up to the drive thruspeaker to be told we don?t have burgers, chicken , fries. That they only had onion rings and mozzarella sticks. I said thenwhat am I to do then if I placed a mobile order. She told me to hold on. A Miracle must have happened because they were fill myorder. Waited another 20 minutes to pull up to the next window and the order wasn?t even ready yet. I sat at the window yetanother 10 minutes while they made my order. I knew she wasn?t alone as I heard her speaking to someone else. Offer noexplanation or apologies, the food tasted like garbage. I was at a different BK earlier in the day and and ordered the Samething and it tasted completely different, they threw on a pickle, a tomato, and ketchup. This was the worst experience I haveever had at a Burger King location. I worked for BK and this was completely unacceptable when I worked for there. At the veryleast they should have put a sign up at the start of drive through what they were out of and not trapping people there for anhour. It?s called communication, there was a huge lack of that. Absolutely horrible. Don?t waste your money going to this one. It will be better spent at Wendy?s or McDonald?s. Every time... something in my order is fkd up or missing but today I decided to give them one last try. There were old fries mixed with newfries and a cold whopper. I?m done I?m done I?m so done. We have eaten at this location and had delivery from here numerous times and the meals have always been great. I especially LOVE... the two non-meat options (using the Impossible brand products) that are offered. I have ordered both the Impossible whopper andImpossible king meals and can definitely recommend both as well as the regular meat based whopper or double whopper that myhusband orders. The food is always made to our specifications and is consistently delicious and fresh tasting. The food isalways hot - we use door dash for delivery -and arrives within the time frame. ????????
