Staying here at Mill Falls is considerably pricey for one night. However If you've got the extra money it's definitely worth a... reservation. Beautiful rustic decor, countless historical artifacts and photos throughout its halls and rooms make this placeboth interesting and simply cozy. Staff is so friendly and job oriented it is amazing! Corridors and rooms are clean anddefinitely upscale. Read more

Word to the wise.I booked our reservation in advance for $429.00 a night. Noticed the rate dropped for the exact same room to... $369.00. I asked manager to honor the lower rate which she refused to do. It sounds suspiciously like they don't care. Read more

Absolutely hands down best place to go to see the fall foliage. At the peak of it you have amazing lake And mountain views of... the foliage. A complete sea of colors. Rooms are amazing and the beds are so soft. Definitely come check this place out Read more

Good location near the lake. We reserved a lake view room, but ended up with a parking lot view with some "lake view". If you... want convenience this is a good place but do not expect basic up to date normalities such as smart tv's , front deskavailability after 9:00 PM. We went down to the front desk shortly after 9:00 PM to ask about breakfast and internet issues onlyto find a sign that said that front desk was closed until morning. Despite the nice brand new tvs in the room they are not smarttvs and not compatible with streaming. For the price of one night stay compared to other hotels you do not get your money'sworth. No convenience store nearby, internet or smart tv, food on site late night past 9:00 PM, complimentary breakfast, limitedself parking, etc. Our country style room can be best described as "not updated" since 1990. Furniture, lamps, and even thepull out bed look like they have not been updated or touched in 30 years. Read more

This hotel is extremely overpriced. The customer service is terrible; it is confusing to find your room since there are several... properties in different locations and when I arrived no one was at the reception desk at Mills Falls and I had to go to the mainbuilding a few blocks away to check in. There was no one to help with bags. Housekeeping never came the first day I was there. There was peeling paint on ceiling. The café at Mills Falls did not keep the hours announced. I went to "yoga and mimosas" onemorning at the Ekal activity center: when I arrived the instructor was not there, and when she arrived later there was yoga(which was fine) but the mimosas were no where to be seen. Some positive aspects: the room was spacious; the spa is excellentthough expensive; the town is pleasant and the location beautiful. Read more

The location is nice, but the rooms aren't all that great and definitely aren't worth what I paid for it. The paint on the very... small balcony was peeling off....bad. The A.C. unit is in a tiny little room off of the main sleeping area which keeps it fromcooling the sleeping area. I had to bend over to see myself in the bathroom mirror because when I stood up, the top of themirror was below my chin. The room definitely isn't worth what I paid, but it looks like the same company owns all of thehotels in the downtown area so they can charge as much as they want. Read more

Wish zero stars was an option! Couldn?t get early check in with a wedding on a Friday at 4:30. They could not even get the room... ready by 4PM. I left a VM for the GM and he never got back to me. The woman behind the front desk was rude. Do not spend moneyhere because they do not care about their customers. The only way they will ever change is if people go else where. Stay faraway! Read more
