Food and coffee were as expected. Was ignored by staff for about 5 minutes and when they did give me attention, felt like I was... treated as an inconvenience. I understand it was pretty busy but it was their attitude towards me that really turned me off. Read more

Very loud background music with distracting vocalizing lyrical singing that can't be turned down and ignored instead of quieter... instrumental renditions more amenable to comfortable conversation. Take out is best. Read more

I?ve lived on the island for 17 years. I remember when this store was opened. The only drive-through on the island. I am sad to... give it a one star. But 6 out of 10 my orders have been wrong. Yesterday was my last straw. Noah ?supervisor ?hung up the phoneon me as he couldn?t handle my frustration and complaint. Gave me an attitude and spoke to me as if he was my authority and Iwas a little child. I felt so disrespected. I?m paying eight dollars for a cup of coffee each time that I throw in a garbagebecause it is so nasty. this happens constantly for the past year. Starbucks lost me as a client. I?m deleting my app and I?mnever buying from Starbucks again. Mind you I made an official complaint through the corporate office they told me that thedistrict manager will reach out to me within 2 to 3 business days it?s been a week not one word. Woodys in Bellevue it is!! Read more

Pup cup on point. Staff here are always friendly and drinks are consistent. I wish I could add a tip through the payment app.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are extremely fast at making drinks which allows for little to no wait time.... I do wish they put much less ice in their iced drinks thought. Read more

I asked for the new chocolate, almond expresso small size and they served more ice cubes in my cup than coffee. I was very... disappointed, cause I paid almost $10 for a small cup with cubes of ice and one loaf banana bread. 2 sips of coffee and thatwas all. :( Read more

Great staff! Friendly, hardworking folks. I got distracted in conversation and a barista was kind enough to run my food out to... me at my table. Nice aesthetic, too, with the woody, "lodge" feel. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks on my tiny little Island. Mercer island has so many interesting things to do, places to see, art... walks, trails, parks and strong community feel which gives Mercer Island a "home town" feel. Without this stand aloneStarbucks, the Northend of Mercer Island wouldn't be the same. Read more
