Food wasn't cooked fully. I have a lot of issues with this place and I'll never go back again. From missing items to food that... just isn't a good quality. I would not recommend eating here. Read more

From multiple experiences here I cannot stress enough to check your order before you leave, rgey are notorious for missing items... (many hungry disspointed kids,), giving the wrong drinks (I'm a type 1 diabetic so that's been catastrophic with my coffee),poor customer service and they often will not fix issues once you drive off they never answer the phone and won't even run foodout when they forget items, it's a repeated problem at this location but we have few options on this island. There attitudesucks when you ask for anything as well. Poor service, lobby is allways closed and never stocked. Read more

Was on M.I. for a meeting. Worked through lunch so I decided to stop by for a quick lunch before heading south. Drive thru had... a long line so I went in to order - good choice as it was empty inside. Must have just missed the lunch crowd. It was a bitstrange inside as it looked like they were just moving in or just getting ready to move out. Staff focus was definitely on thedrive thru, but within a few minutes the gal came over and took my order - the #7 two cheeseburger meal. I knew I had a fewminutes for my order to come so I zipped off to use the facilities as I had a bit of a drive ahead of me. The men's room wasclean but not fully functioning. There are two sinks to wash hands and two hot air dryers. One sink was out of order as wasone of the dryers. Thoroughly washed my hands and went to use the 'working' dryer. Pressed the button and the hot air camerushing out...only to stop when I released the button. Hmmm...must not have pressed it long enough. Tried three more timesexpecting different results. Nope! Scanned the room for paper towels. Nope! With clean, but dripping hands I made my way backover to the dryer where I used my shoulder to keep the button pressed so I could dry my hands. Was glad no one walked in whileI was doing it as it was not the best look for me in that awkward position. Finally made it out and there was a bit of a linenow. A construction crew had finished some work next door and were grabbing a quick meal. Finally got my order and headed outto my car. Staff was very friendly and professional - kudos to them. My email to McDonald?s in Mercer Island because they don?t answer the phone anymore but they encourage emails. I recently... visited your restaurant in Downtown Mercer Island WA and received poor customer service as well as poor food quality. I am onceagain appalled by this constant inaccurate order due to the lack of attention on your staffs behalf. I come to your restaurantand I have food delivered through food apps and you constantly screw up the food order. Please refund me for my entire orderbecause I need satisfaction or my money back. The mcdoubles were wrong and the filet-o-fish was poorly made with an extra fileton it. The Fries and milkshake were not pleasant to eat and more importantly the terrible customer service at the pick up windowbecause she was aggressive with me about the milkshake not being on my receipt and I didn?t have one from the cashier nor wasoffered one. So this was all wrong and the drive thru was backing up for a milkshake. I didn?t know that my food was wrong untilI was at home. Make sure to check your order AND get a receipt!!! I bought food in the morning. My total was $15. They tried giving me the... wrong order and then didn't give me a receipt. They ended up charging me for someone else's order that was worth more thandouble of what I ordered. I caught it that night and came back to verify my payment and request a refund for thedifference. Mgmt wouldn't help me and told me to come back the next day to talk to the other manager. I asked if they couldreach out to me to confirm payment for a refund because I live in Seattle and i90 was closed at the time. They supposedly tookmy name and number and told me mgmt would call me back. No one ever did. Read more

Good tasty fast food . Good fast customer service. But always remember to remind them of what you want in your order, and always... double check your order before you leave. Because they will forget. They are so busy. Good clean place. Good easy parking Read more

You have to check your food before you drive off! The last 2 times I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and paid for the more... expensive one. What did I get instead? A cheap McChicken! Is someone taking home the ones they we're paying for? The sameissue can't be happening by accident. They are lying about the indoor dining being closed due to the health dept. Everyoneelse has their dining room open. Read more
