Terrible service and poor atmosphere with non paying kids running around being loud.
District manager was present at Elma WA store today....met in person...great leadership...excellent customer service! Truly has... a servant"s heart and understands communication well...I would recommend a promotion! His name was Steve! He promised toaddress a customer survey fkaw with upoer management in order that polling for satisfaction could be expedited...ehat happenedwas polling closed for the day. Let's get real now....best time to fill out a survey is right after my experience...right? IfI have to wait because of a technical shortcoming....how dies my business grow? The heart is ikcentive for the customer...forinstance...say I order a meal and am told that as long as I do the survey...I get a kickback on my next purchase...todays paceis so FAST that if a server says sorry come back later....would the average peraon realistically do that....hell no man!
