WORST experience ever. On Monday they had customers waiting outside in the cold because they were ONLY allowing 2 people at a... time. We all waited about 25 minutes outside. Not only that but when they finally opened the doors for everyone 3 of us endedup leaving because they were ONLY taking cash and NOTHING was prepared it would have to be an extra wait. Keep in mind thishappened at 2 in the afternoon. After being told that I let the other customers outside know so they aren't waiting even more.The way they run this business is horrible . The least they could have done was write on a paper stating the amount peopleallowed in and that they are ONLY taking cash at the moment. I guess it's hard for them to do. Now today I tried to go again inthe afternoon and they were CLOSED!! Like seriously..... I honestly don't understand why they can't take a minute to write a ona paper stating "we will be closed for the day " or "will be back at 5pm " or something and tape it on the window so EVERYONEis aware. Maybe adjust the business hours online if they are going to be closing early. Read more

The original pretzels were a bit salty but it's fine everything else is great

Employees have no customer service skills. They never have anything ready. You have to be waiting all the time. No one says hi... upon entering and tey dont drop what they are doing to tend to the customers..its terrible!!???? Read more

We waited a long time even with barely any other people in line. Pretzels were very skinny and overdone.
