My favorite Starbucks in the Merced area. One of the only places in the area that offers a public restroom.
Honestly, I prefer Peet's Coffee, but I do appreciate excellent, friendly customer service no matter where I might be and that's... what I found at this Starbucks on the corner of Main and R Streets in Merced. The drip coffee was hot, and the chocolatecroissant was the perfect partner. I was greeted upon arrival, and wished a nice day as I exited. Well done, Starbucks. Read more
The employees take good care of their customers. I ordered a cappuccino and when they made it I felt the milk quantity was a bit... more. Here you are just a number. With the idea to keep people from coming into the store and having them go through the drive thru... they keep bathrooms closed for consumers, todays politics. Manager did kot care when i said i had a sick mom that needed to usethe bathroom, she just shook her head and said sorry its clised. My mom is a senior citizen 69 years old, they could care less,bad customer service.. Read more
The bathrooms needed to be clean but the lobby was clean, the service was fast and friendly and the food was good and of course... my Viente White chocolate Mocha was delish! I met my friend Judy here and we enjoyed a chat. Not many people mid morning. Thedrive though was very busy. Read more
Aw I love the employees here I bring my dogs here for their morning coffee I always get them their pup cups one time I came here... and I wanted to order something but I asked for some help the lady was so nice and so positive I loved it they are superfriendly and will help you with orders the ones I encountered were nice this is just my opinion.
