Food is delicious as usual BUT the woman working tonight started putting stuff away 40 minutes before closing was mad she had to... bring everything back out to make us sandwiches and was giving the absolute worst attitude. Read more
Watched them prep all the meats (roast beef, turkey, and ham) and cheeses for sandwiches with the same knife and on the same... cutting board. The amount of cross-contamination was sickening. You really shouldn't be making the vegetarian option on the samecutting board as the roast beef sandwich (ideally you'd be using a separate board because of allergies, religious issues, etc.)without at least wiping it down first. I was just in to get my sandwiches and although it was very busy your girls did a great job in getting everyone's order out in a... timely matter. Especially Destiny, she is always friendly and very personable to her customers besides being good at making thesandwiches. She's a keeper! Read more
Poor quality costumer service. Order a chicken melt sandwich. Bread was sliced wrong. Veggies not fresh. A girl making didn?t... look like she wanted to be there. Flies where inside the shop. The service and employee assistance is excellent. The food is well prepared and fresh--with many various options for sandwiches... and salads. I appreciate the friendliness and care the employees provide--makes the experience that much better. We go once aweek and our "usual" order is often recognized by the staff. Read more
